Returns policy
All items are embellished by hand in the UK. Every care is taken to ensure the product is of the highest standard.
As the items are embellished with small crystals, they should not be handled by children under three years old. The products should be bought as decorative items only. We are not responsible for misuse.
If you are unhappy with your goods, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving them stating the reasons why. Goods can be returned within seven days if the following conditions are satisfied. We are not liable for the cost of your postage or any additional costs that you may incur. Returned goods must be in an unused re-saleable condition.
Please Note - All items must be returned back to us in the original condition as they were sent out to you. This must include any packaging and labels. We will not accept returned items with any of the above missing. Items cannot be returned if they have been used, damaged, scratched, marked, soiled or misused in anyway. We reserve the right to refuse a return and items will be promptly sent back to you the buyer if any one of the above occurs.
Certain products are excluded from this returns policy, including products used against the skin, personalised products or those made to order. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If a product arrives damaged, with a defect or is not the item you ordered, you will receive a replacement free of charge or a refund will be provided. You must inform us by email within 48 hours. Failure to do so may effect any obligation to offer you a refund or exchange. In these circumstances the cost of the return postage will be paid by us providing that you obtain proof of posting and a receipt from the Post Office. The item must be returned to us in a similar container to which you received it so that further damage is not caused.
Once you have been in receipt of the goods for over seven days we are under no obligation to provide a refund unless a fault occurs. Should an item require a repair or replacement you will need to email enquiries@spankinggood.co.uk to arrange this. The cost of this will depend on whether it is a manufacturer fault or a fault caused by misuse.
All embellished items will be sent with spare crystals. You, the buyer may be prepared to complete minor repairs. If this is the case, advice can be sought on the above number.
