£75.00 GBP - £149.99 GBP £12.00 1st class recorded
£150.00 GBP and over - £17.00 GBP Special delivery
Please add a note to the payment or email me if you require a different postage service.
Taxes charged by overseas Customs Officials for deliveries are your own responsibility.
For the packaging element of our P+P all orders are discreetly parcelled in a plain box or strong discreet Jiffy Bags or postal tube for bars.The packaging only has your address on the outside and nothing to say where its comes from. In this way the safety of your order is ensured along with your confidentiality.
As we make everything to order and don't keep stock on the shelf for months this means that we usually take 5-10 working days to make items once payments have cleared but please allow upto 28 days. If something is really urgent or for a special occassion add a note to your payment to let me know.
Exchanges and Refunds
Exchanges or refunds on returned goods are only accepted if they are carefully repacked before being returned and are still in a new condition, not creased or worn. All exchanges must include postage.
NOTE: For reasons of hygiene, our Bondage chastities and gags will only be exchanged if they show signs of a fault in manufacture. All goods are checked before sending. Good must be returned within 7 days.
